Mexican Street Corn

I just tried the Mexican street corn. It was very good. I had it with the chicken fajitas. Very quick and easy to prepare and taste great. Veggies still crisp, not soggy. I was not sure about the chicken so I added a little oil to the skillet. I didn’t need it . I will trying all the items, it will be great for quick dinners for my husband and I after working out during the week. I’m a fan!
