Description
Bring a pop of color to the dinner table with this vibrant, plant-based dish loaded with vegetables and spices. Our Vegan Latin Bowl combines basmati rice with flavorful meatless chorizo crumbles, plus cauliflower, carrots, sweet peas, corn, and red bell peppers, all tossed in a warming aji amarillo based sauce (A staple in Peruvian cooking!). A sprinkle of cilantro completes this dish—a go-to staple for a Meatless Monday, or whenever you’re craving extra veggies that your taste buds will love, too.

Cooking Instructions - Stovetop
Preferred method. Pour entire bag into a small sized nonstick skillet. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 6 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally and cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165°F as measured with a food thermometer before eating. Serve and enjoy!
Cooking Instructions - Microwave
Pour entire bag’s contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Pull back plastic wrap, stir contents and re-cover. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Not really a "bowl" but who cares
I am not a vegetarian but sometime I like to eat a vegetarian/vegan meal here and there. This latin bowl was SO delicious! It tastes really bright and it is super flavorful. The meatless meat they are using tastes like the real thing too. I tried Amy’s and Evol bowls before but they do not compare to this one.
Surprisingly Delicious
This is a really good bowl, and it makes it easy to eat healthy. It cooks in 10 minutes – this is my new go-to lunch!
