I really enjoyed this meal paired with jasmine rice and veggies
Awful
I wanted to like it. I was soooooo looking forward to it. But it was awful. Salmon really should just be eaten fresh, not frozen, not canned. I was hoping the flash freeze would mean it still tasted fresh, but sadly it didn’t. It was very fishy, leaving a strong after taste.
We love your other dishes, we eat them weekly. We also love their convenience when we are on the road in our RV, so we will happily remain customers. But we wanted to let you know, this is not for us.
My kids & hubby LOVED it!
I’m going to be truthful, I’m not a big fan of salmon but I was a good trooper and decided to try it out because my kids love salmon and I shouldn’t knock it till I try it. Well, I loved the white wine Dijon cream sauce, mushrooms, and spinach which I served over quinoa. I still can’t get over the texture of salmon. But the good thing is, my kids and husband absolutely LOVED it. My family said the fish tasted fresh and it didn’t have a rubbery texture.
I served it to them with quinoa that I seasoned and made in my rice cooker while the Salmon only took 10 mins to heat up on the stovetop.
My kids even used a piece of bread to soak up all the Dijon cream sauce. This is another new meal that will be added for my family on days when we are busy like our busy Mondays.

Amazing! Glad to hear you and your family enjoyed it so much! (GREAT idea to pair it with quinoa!) 💙
Flavorful
This is definitely a super flavorful dish. The sauce is rich but you still taste the wild salmon. You definitely need to serve it with pasta or rice to soak on the sauce.
