What is Cadence Kitchen?
Why does my Cadence Kitchen dish look the way it does?
We use a specialized flash-freezing technology to bring each ingredient in your Cadence Kitchen dish down to cryogenic temperatures (that’s -320.8°F) with liquid nitrogen enrobing. (Liquid Nitrogen is used to instantly wrap the sauce around the meat, vegetables, or starches, such as pasta or rice. It is transparent and instantaneous). Traditional freezing leads to a loss of flavor and changes to the texture of food, but nitrogen flash-freezing keeps everything looking and tasking just as it was when our chef prepared it in our kitchen. It might look like moon rocks before you cook it at home, but believe us, it tastes amazing!
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use only sustainably sourced seafood, antibiotic-free meats, and source the highest quality ingredients at their peak levels of freshness and ripeness. None of our meals include any: Added Sugars, artificial preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. You can take a look at the extensive list of ingredients (more than 200) we don’t allow in our food here.
Where is Cadence Kitchen available?

Are your meals microwaveable?
Even though our meals are crafted for stovetop cooking (The stove and skillet approach means you can cook your food evenly and quickly), most of our meals can also be prepared in the microwave. Take a look at our menu page or the back of the bags for cooking instructions.
How long does it take to prepare a meal?
Our meals go from flash-frozen to ready-to-enjoy within about 8-12 minutes, depending on the dish. There’s no need to thaw your Cadence Kitchen meal before heating—place it straight on the skillet and watch as the heat from the stovetop returns your meal to its freshest, most delicious state

We’re pleased to offer several vegetarian and vegan options, with plans to expand our menu with gluten- and dairy-free options in the future. Each dish is carefully crafted according to gourmet standards with every spice, ingredient and garnish chosen and placed with care.
