One thing that I love about a well-planned meal is how a thoughtfully-considered side dish or two can create a delicious sum that’s greater than its individual parts. When I’m working on a new dish, I’m always thinking about how some roasted veggies or some fresh-baked bread can complement and complete a meal, whether it’s for one or a jam-packed dinner table on Sunday night. 

As easy as it is to get carried away in creating memorable dishes that play off each other, I never lose track of a single item’s ability to stand on its own. Featuring a blend of russet, sweet and red potatoes, our colorful mix not only looks great on the plate but comes together in a tantalizing symphony of flavors and textures. Seasoned with classic herb pairings of fresh parsley, rosemary, and thyme and coated in garlic oil and creamy butter, you’ll taste a brightness balanced with some salty-savory satisfaction.

Looking to get creative and take our potatoes into new territory? Our Breakfast Burritos are a favorite in our kitchen! You’ll need some flour tortillas, eggs, and your favorite condiments. Bring in added flavor with grated cheddar cheese, pickled jalapenos, salsa, and cilantro. 

Start by heating our Mix Roasted Potatoes in a skillet until they begin to brown. Add some whisked eggs and mix together until set. Remove from heat and begin building your burrito. I start with a layer of grated cheese, which will melt when topped with the potato and egg mixture. Add the condiments of your choice, roll, and enjoy immediately! If you’re looking for a bit more decadence, don’t forget the avocado or some chorizo or bacon!
